About Finn
Standing at 201cm, Finn Howard has emerged as a dominant force in the middle blocker position. Originally from Christchurch, he captained Cashmere High School and led his team to consecutive South Island Championship titles in 2021 and 2022. His leadership and strong performances saw him selected for the U20 New Zealand Team, competing on the 2022 Australia Tour.
Finn currently plays for NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) in the CCAA (ACAC Conference), where he helped his team secure the 2024 CCAA National Championship. His impressive performances earned him the title of NAIT Rookie of the Year. He has also represented Aotearoa in beach volleyball, playing for both the U19 and NZA Beach Squads, as well as competing in international events such as the Spanish Beach Open.
With a growing résumé of both indoor and beach volleyball achievements, Finn continues to push his limits as he competes at higher levels of the game.
